The main component of PVC mining sealing pipes is polyethylene. In the production and manufacturing of polyethylene raw materials, other components are added to improve their temperature resistance, ductility, plasticity, etc. Mainly used in underground coal mines and other locations, let's take a look at the precautions to be taken during its installation.

1. The color of PVC mining sealing pipe is black. When exposed to the sun, it absorbs heat from the sunny side, causing the temperature to rise. However, the ambient temperature on the backlight side rises relatively slowly, resulting in a temperature difference within the same pipe fitting and causing it to bend. Therefore, the pipe fittings should be stored in the room, and measures should be taken to block light outside.

PVC mine sealing pipes are suitable for underground power supply, drainage pipelines, coalbed methane extraction, and exhaust systems in coal mines. Polyethylene gas pipelines should be selected with a pressure level of at least 0.6MPa. Otherwise, the pipe fittings will be deflated under negative pressure. According to relevant safety regulations, polyethylene gas pipelines are prohibited from being used to transport all gases with pressures above 0.1MPa. When testing the pressure of polyethylene coalbed methane pipelines, liquid water pressure testing should be used, and vapor testing should not be carried out.

3. PVC mining sealing pipes have many characteristics, but their main disadvantage is that their compressive strength is lower than that of seamless steel pipes. Therefore, strong impacts should be avoided during installation, loading and unloading, and transportation to prevent damage to pipe fittings and pipes.
